At Camelbak Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand how our process works.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Hygiene & Safety products
- Personal care items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be covered by us.
